Dmitiri did a great job completely replacing our deck. He was very thorough going through the options for design and materials and drew up a detailed contract. We got a couple other quotes and Dmitiri was able to offer us higher-quality materials at a lower price. He also helped to make sure that all the needed permits from the township were obtained. Once we settled on the details, he gave me an estimated start time and was able to begin within a week of that date.

Once the work started, it was done efficiently and quickly. Throughout the entire process, Dmitri was always available to answer questions and was quick to reply to emails. After the job was done, the inspector even noted how he went above and beyond in the construction, doing things like including seals to keep water out that other contractors would sometimes skip. Shortly after the job was complete, I noticed a very small crack in the gate he had installed and asked him what he would recommend as a patching material, as I was fine making the repair on my own. But he ended up coming, unsolicited, to fix it himself.

It’s obvious Dmitri takes pride in his work and he wants his customers to be happy with the finished product. The new deck he installed for us is beautiful and I’d definitely recommend Smart Choice Construction to anyone looking to get this kind of project done.
