After you make a decision to hire us to build your deck, we will sign a contract which includes a detailed drawing of the deck, certificate of commercial liability insurance and a copy of our 1-year written warranty.

Then we will obtain a deck building permit from your local building department and schedule the deck construction to fit your time table.
